Our S&C coaches are available to provide one-on-one personal training sessions.

If you feel you need that extra bit of attention to your training, want someone to be responsible to, or are interested in learning how to train independently, this is an excellent way to achieve your goals.

For consistency reasons we will only work with participants who are willing to sign up to a minimum of 10 sessions in advance.  This provides consistency in your training, and will ensure you get the results you are looking for!

With amazing success we have been running our ‘Strength Camp’ for people who are serious about their training and making long lasting changes to their body composition and their attitude to training. We run the 6 week camp every few months for a small bunch of people who want to take their training to the next level.


Over 6 weeks we accumulate 18 sessions, each specifically tailored to your strengths, weaknesses and goals. This coupled with our Nutritional Support have been getting our participants some very impressive results. Ladies have been dropping up to 8% bodyfat in 6 weeks and guys are adding up to 60kg to their squats and deadlifts. One guy managed to get an already impressive bench-press from 115kg to 125kg.

'The Camp is ideal for pretty much anybody looking to improve themselves athletically, or substantially increase strength. It’s also a great way to meet like minded people with similar goals and grow your confidence inside the gym.

The SCC – Tullamore is a high-performance training facility designed for athletes, those looking to improve themselves aesthetically, and those looking to make a serious commitment to their long-term health.

We provide members with an environment in which they can identify and work towards quantifiable improvements both inside and outside of the training facility. With an emphasis on individualised goals and needs, each client is provided with unique programming and the coaching necessary to carry out these measures effectively.

We combine just the right amounts of Science and anecdotal evidence in our training programmes to enable our members to achieve their goals. Couple this with the highly motivating training environment and you’ve found yourself the best training facility in the Midlands.

We start each new member off with a Functional Movement Screen. This is an excellent tool to identify movement asymmetries or major limitations in functional movement patterns. We’ll also discuss any previous injuries and take into account other factors like which (if any) sports they participate in.

The attention to detail that features in each programme means that you will not be receiving your programme on the first day. We pride ourselves on our programme design and feel we can only do it justice by taking some time to consider what we have seen in the assessment. You will receive your programme upon your second visit to the facility along with the coaching of one of our S&C coaches to get you familiar with your programme.


beginners class

This is the perfect way for someone inexperienced to start their journey here at The Strength & Conditioning Centre.  In this class you’ll learn how to safely and correctly execute exercises involved in our S&C classes.

For those of a low fitness level, it’ll bring you on dramatically in just a few weeks, and make the transition to our S&C classes much easier!

Team Strength & conditioning / hot yoga

Team S&C

Both Pre-season and in-season S&C coaching are provided by our Team. Programme design is focused on Injury Prevention and Increased Athletic Performance. An initial battery of tests will be applied followed by an intervention programme and continuous re-assessment of the tests to monitor progress. Our coaches have experience of providing S&C support to Gaelic Football, Soccer and Rugby amongst other sports.

Alternatively if you feel you could do with improving your players flexibility/mobility leading into a season, or are looking for an in season recovery session for your team, our Hot Yoga is the perfect solution. Team Sport athletes rarely put enough work into mobility in their own time, so Hot Yoga is the perfect way to improve this amongst your players and reduce their risk of injury.
