Hot Yoga is toasty! Our Hot Yoga is practiced in a room well above body temperature (approx. 40 degrees Celsius); in other words, if you didn't know your shins and elbows had sweat glands, you're about to find out.
Hot Yoga aims to increase general health, both mentally and physically. The heated environment allows increased flexibility and mobility allowing you to intensify your practice. Raising the body’s core temperature also has cardiovascular health benefits.
The 60 minute class is a high energy pose to pose class for those that are tight on time. The combination of standing and floor work will makes for a challenging but fun workout. Suitable for all levels.
