Our Pilates classes are ideal for those of you looking to improve your core stability and strength. Clients may range from the general population looking to improve their posture to an elite athlete looking to maximise their performance.
The 60 minute class consists of a variety of exercises which encompass pelvic stability, abdominal, gluteal and upper limb strengthening. The focus is on specific controlled movements which engage our deep core muscle complex. So be prepared to feel the muscles you never knew you had!
While this all sounds very serious, our classes are taught in a relaxed and fun atmosphere while still working to the maximum of abilities.
All classes are closely monitored and adapted for those who have any long-term or recovering injuries.
