The classes are mainly designed around compound (multi joint) movements and some high intensity exercise to help boost the metabolism and aid you in becoming the best version of yourself.

Equipment utilized in the class setting includes kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, med-balls, TRX trainers and spin bikes and much more. Bodyweight exercises are also a large component of the classes and various movement patterns to help you regain the function that you may have lost over the years.

Our S&C classes will enable the novice to master basic movement patterns in just a few weeks, whilst taking the intermediate or advanced trainer to the next level.
